The M21 EBR has excellent penetration power, allowing for high damage to be dealt through walls. Even with the optimal power loadout, the M21 EBR will struggle to score one shot kills. Combining Stopping Power with the Silencer brings the M21 EBR back to its default power. An M21 EBR with Stopping Power can achieve a one shot kill to the head, neck, and upper torso. An M21 EBR equipped with a Silencer cannot achieve a one shot kill at all. By default, the M21 EBR can only achieve a one shot kill to the head. The M21 EBR is the lowest damage sniper rifle in its class. The M14 EBR is labeled as the M21 EBR and is unlocked at level 56. It can also be seen on the hands on Archer and Toad in " Loose Ends". Soap is also seen using it on " Cliffhanger" to give Roach support when he is infiltrating the base.
